Paul Garnier is a name very entrenched with French carriage clock production and invention. The father ‘Paul Garnier Senior’ pioneered some of the earliest portable clocks after Breguet. This watch is retailed by his son who carried on the family name and dates to around the 1970’s. The 29 Jewel movement is a Cal 2416 (Russian) and of very high quality.
