Omega Speedmaster Pre-Moon 1963

This Omega Speedmaster is a ‘Pre-Moon’ 1963 in very original condition. Importantly the case has not been polished. The Bezel is the original ‘Dot over 90’ showing even wear and tear. The dial, hands, movement, and crown are all original and as near to perfect as we think you’ll find. This is the 2998-61 reference and has the Omega Archives Extract showing it was sold to the NAAFI. This watch can be inspected by any omega expert. These examples with Alpha hands are now extremely rare. We are suppling a new bezel with this watch too ,if you would like the watch to look tidier! We also have a new ‘Dot over ninety’ bezel insert which can be fitted to a standard bezel to keep the original look.  It has had a new mainspring fitted by Omega ‘guru’ Simon Freese who was very impressed with it and the originality.
